Corrections & Fact-Checking Requests

Product information changes. Ingredients are reformulated, bags are released in new sizes, retailers revise warranties and prices move. We welcome corrections that help shoppers make decisions from accurate information.

How to report a possible error

Use the contact form and include the article URL, the statement you believe needs correction and a supporting primary source such as a current product specification, label photograph, manual or manufacturer statement. If a claim concerns your own experience, explain what you purchased, which version you used and how your experience differed from the article.

What happens next?

We assess the source, distinguish factual errors from differences of opinion, and update the article when the evidence warrants it. A small spelling or presentation change may not require a public note. Material revisions that affect a product’s features, comparison or verdict should be explained in an update note.

What we cannot verify

We cannot treat a manufacturer’s unsupported marketing claim as proven performance, nor can we investigate an anonymous allegation about unlawful conduct without reliable evidence. When a claim remains uncertain, we may state the limitation rather than publish a definitive conclusion.
